Current top managers are considering the leadership of the future. They also ask themselves how their organizations can stay attractive to the new generation of talent.
They ask these questions in a context. The context in 2009 is marked by the aftermath of the financial crisis and an economic recession. The soul searching by young potentials and the continuous search for talent by current leaders are taking place in very turbulent times. That is why the FEL Young Leaders Conference 2009 focuses on personal leadership in the context of the current turbulence.
